Purchased 1/7/24, the program 3Dexper. for makers it seemed to have partially downloaded but failed to install, also there is no icon on desktop screen. I had SolidWorks 2019 installed from my past classes. The subscription expired I tried to uninstall before downloading the 3Dexper. for makers but it would not uninstall. Since it was expired, I went ahead and tried to download 3Dexper. for makers. SolidWorks 2019 ran fine on this computer back when it was activated. I can't find any kind of tech support area so I am posting this. Anyone have any ideas???
