3D Experience CATIA Inaccessibility

About a week ago, I purchased CATIA for students online for \$60 and couldn't access it saying that I am not yet invited to the 3D Experience. I have tried to reach out to every support available to me from Dassault Systemes and I haven't been able to find an effective solution to this point still. I have received everything in my email inbox on how to get started and so on but it keeps giving me error messages of all sorts. This is the case when I even tried to request a new email, only to be told that I am not invited to this platform, that I have to request access, and so on. I have a friend who could get access but I wasn't for some reason. How can I fix this? And yes, I have already filled out the support forms online where you complain but no answers to this day. What can I do?
