I have spent many, many hours trying to do this. I've looked at numerous templates, including the built-in Excel "Table Report". There is  documentation from No Magic on this, but not nearly enough. I can't find any lists anywhere that describe what all the elements, sub-elements, sub-sub-elements, etc. actually do, what they are, how they're mapped. It's just super-frustrating. Has anyone done this?
