Dezeen Watch Store: The Bradley tactile watch – a timepiece originally developed for blind people that has become a favourite among designers – is now available at Dezeen Watch Store in two new strap colours.
Initially created for the visually impaired, the watch uses ball bearings to indicate the time instead of traditional hour and minute hands.

Bodacious Bourbon Barrel Boarding
The Bourbon Barrel Board is as simple as it sounds: a skateboard made from reclaimed bourbon barrels! The use of this upcycled material makes them not only eco-friendly but stylish, described by the designers as “skateable fashion.” In two distinct styles, Flip and Jive, you can cruise or freestyle with comfort and confidence thanks to the natural curvature that gives each an ideal center of gravity. They’re as smooth and strong as the bourbon that came before them!

the theme of this year’s LEXUS DESIGN AWARD is ‘SENSES’ – particularly relevant to Lexus, as the whole driving experience is focused on enhancing and stimulating one’s sensory perception: from seeing the striking exterior design of their luxury cars, to hearing the sound of their finely tuned engines, and feeling the sensation of Lexus steering wheel when one rounds a corner."
