Hi, here I want to share with you a quick MODSIM project we did together with the HAW University in Hamburg. Together with professors and students of the university we wanted to analyze the airflow of the air supply system in a convention room of the university.
Of course those kind of analysis are very important to understand the spread of COVID viruses within a closed room.
I taught the students how to model the room with CATIA on the 3DExperience Platform and then my SIMULIA Colleague @TM took over to introduce them to our Airflow simulation capabilities on the 3DExperience Platform. Thanks Torsten for your great support!
Here you can see some of the simulation results we received for the first tests. We will continue this project in 2022. I will share with you the updates from time to time.
