Dear CATIA Design fellows,

As you know the 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x FD01 on Cloud is available publicly since the 5 July 2020.

With this release we are pleased to introduce a new design Role named “3D Shape Designer” giving DESIGN FREEDOM to the community of Nomad Designers, from freelancers, small agencies to integrated studios.

3D Shape Designer enables design creativity anywhere on any device with Web browser App for 3D Design (xDesign), freeform Shape Sculpting (xShape Design) and pattern design (xGenerative Design).

With this new role, we are introducing a new App “CATIA xShape Design” for subdivision surface Modeling on-line and fully compatible with CATIA Imagine & Shape.
