Hi, this is something we already noticed for a long time over several versions on the "Fillet+" tool For some reason it's fillets are not as clean as the ones from the old "Fillet" tool.
I becomes very apparent when extrapolating fillets. See here the exact same Fillet (G2, chord, 7CtrlP along, 6CtrlP across). They look almost identical (red=Fillet+ blue=Fillet)
But when extrapolating both of them, it becomes apparent how much cleaner the blue one is. This is not a problem per say, but it becomes a problem when fillets get very small, somewhere in the sub 0.5mm range.
You could say, well in this case just use the old "Fillet" tool. But we really do appreciate the features of the newer "Fillet+" tool. We just wish it would be as precise and reliable as the old one.
Is this something which could be investigated?
