This model — a “flame”-type Class-A surface — was made entirely with CATIA Mechanical Design, just to see how far I could push parametric surfacing without ICEM.

The workflow was really smooth, with great parametric control, even if surface continuity can’t yet match ICEM on CATIA V6. Still, I’m impressed by how fast and fluid the design process feels on the platform.
