Just found this article in the global 3DEXP user community. 

I downloaded the tool and launched it. It gives an impressive list of checks, confirming whether my PC is ready for the 3DEXP on the cloud, both for native and web apps, and gives some pieces of advice to fix potential issues.

I guess one shall better use this tool when facing installation, performance or visualization issues...
