Hi Community,

I am Felix Rockel from the CATIA Design Team.

I am working at Dassault Systemes for almost 6 Years now.

I grew up in Hamburg/ Germany. After my A-Level, I studied Industrial Design in Magdeburg. During this period, I did a 6-month internship abroad at the Design Department of Volkswagen in Mexico. Directly afterwards I wrote my Bachelor Thesis at the Design Department of Bugatti Automobiles in Wolfsburg.  

My professional career started at a Design Studio in Berlin. After a short while, I moved to 3DExcite in Munich where I focused on digital Product Visualization.

Now I am back in Hamburg, where I work for CATIA in the Creative Design field covering topics like VR, Subdivision Surface Modeling, Visualization, and Generative Modeling.
