My contribution to the CATIA designer contest is a chair that can provide multiple functions while still serve the comfort sitting experience for any private needs, thus I introduce The UFO.

The UFO is a multi-functional chair that combines the idea of a chair with a bookshelf together. The UFO  is approximately 60'' x 60" x 41" in size entirely with the seat space approximately 40" x 20" x 18", and can turn around 360 degree at the Z-axis allow for easy adjustment at the same location. The book shelf contain 3 section divider that are 10" x 12" x 1" for easy arrangement and a total of 12 screws to snap the dividers in place. The UFO is also provide with a hidden table at the right side of the seat space which can be rotate for easy access, and with the cup holder at the left side where a person can easily reach and hold most consumer size cup for a truly relaxing sitting experience without the need of leaving the seat.

The UFO is made mostly with plastic material for ease of material cost and weight. The cushions at the top surface and in the seating space are all made with leather for a comforting experience. The rotatable desk is made with beautiful wood material, and finally the cover of the cup holder is made with the same plastic material as the main body for a nice blend-in.

As the designer of the UFO, I find the chair can be place at pretty much any kinds of rooms, especially at the place where you want the nice and private experience while reading. using a tablet/laptop, or even just watching TV.
