Since the beginning, CATIA Product Perception Experience (aka. "PPX") offers functionality to start defining potential product packages, and review them in order to decide which one should be produced. This is the basic PPX workflow: create individual variants and then stages to activate a set of variants in one click. This enables any user to start creating possible product packages from scratch. 💡
Since then, we introduced the support of CATIA product tables, to create such stages automatically from existing assembly families (21xFD05). 📊
And more recently we added the support of ENOVIA product configurations, also generating automatically one stage per configuration (24xFD01). 🚀
Those a the 3 ways to create product packages, and leverage the other PPX functionality to present or review them easily.
