You may have encountered several issues after upgrading to R2023xFD01 Hotfix 1.5 or more.

The symptom is that several commands do not start especially in Terrain Preparation and Building Space Planning.

This is due to a dependency on a missing component.

To solve this issue, you need to install Microsoft ODBC SQL Server driver version 17.

You can find it here : MS ODBC v17

Please, do not install Version 18. It won't fix the issue.
