SERGE BONNAUD | DISTINGUISHED ENGINEER, CTO INDUSTRIAL @ IBM FRANCE

Since 1998, Serge Bonnaud has worked in the field of software and systems engineering serving clients in the industrial sector (automobile, aeronautics, petroleum chemicals, construction, electronics). He worked for a long time as a consultant or IT architect for various ISV or system integrators as Verilog, CSEE, Rational Software, Syseca and Thomson CSF.

Serge joined IBM in 2003 following the acquisition of Rational Software Corporation.

Its expertise is today exercised in the fields of AI, Analytics and Big Data. He participated, among other things, in the PSA connected vehicle project between 2013 and 2016 as principal architect for the data acquisition and processing platform.

Since 2016, after receiving the Distinguished Engineer distinction, he has held the position of CTO of the Industrial and Defense sectors for IBM France and supports Industry 4.0, Software Engineering and Supply Chain solutions for these two sectors.

Since the beginning of 2023, Serge has been leading from a technical view the partnership between Dassault Systèmes and IBM regarding the extended digital twin where 3D Experience Platform has been integrated with IBM technologies (Maximo, Turbonomic, Envizi) to address the Datacenter and Airport markets.
