Workbook Pre-Configuration 2021SP1HF1 times out while configuring Windows Features if the “SxS” (side-by-side) directory, which has the installation files necessary to add the required features is missing.

Solution:
Re-image the server so that there are no missing source files.

Workaround:
Mount the DVD drive on the Vault server to point to the missing source files and re-run the Workbook Pre-Configuration 2021SP1HF1.exe.
