Workaround for Empower Client AddIn install error if Internet Explorer is not installed on the Empower machine

When you run the EmpowerClientAddin.exe on the Empower machine, you will receive a validation message given below if Internet Explorer is not installed on the machine.

Validation Message:
Validation failed. The response content cannot be parsed because the Internet Explorer engine is not available, or Internet Explorer's first-launch configuration is not complete. Specify the UseBasicParsing parameter and try again.

You can click on Install button and complete the installation. But, when you click 'BIOVIA>Send to Measurement Store' from Empower, you get the parsing value error given below.

ERROR:
Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: �. Path '', line 0, position 0.
An error has occurred please close the Result Extractor and try again.

Given below is the workaround for parsing value error:
Run Register.exe to register Empower with HUB as shown below.

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\BIOVIA\Empower Addin\
Register.exe https://hubserver:9953/foundation/hub https://hubserver:9953/foundation/hub scitegicadmin password

Verify that 'Completed' message is displayed at the command prompt.
Verify you can select 'BIOVIA>Send to Measurement Store' and send data from Empower to HUB successfully.
