User receives "Opps! Unable to perform requested transaction...." error when attempting to access IM tab in LIMS

Issue:

 

User receives "Opps! Unable to perform requested transaction...." error when attempting to access IM tab in LIMS. This issue is happening for a single user and in one ENV only.

 

 

 

Solution:

-Have the user Login to LIMS 

-In the address bar after http:// add /Administration/clearusersettings so it will look like following line: 

http:// /Administration/clearusersettings then press enter or refresh browser.
