Some LES users on Citrix receive a message from Microsoft Word " We're sorry. We can't open Normal.dotm because we found a problem with its contents."

Issue:

Some LES users, but not all, when accessing LES client from Citrix | Procedure Manager | Procedure Registration | Viewer tab receive a message from Microsoft Word " We're sorry. We can't open Normal.dotm because we found a problem with its contents."

 

 

 

Resolution:

This message is coming from Microsoft Word. Since the issue is not occurring for all users that are accessing LES client from the same Citrix machine the issue is related to Citrix profile for the users experiencing this issue. To resolve the issue have Citrix admin reset the Citrix profile for the affected users.
