A relatively new and very helpful tool to Users Admin for Team Permissions Administrators in ScienceCloud is a feature to show your users by type. Options are: All Users, Team Admins, Users with SAML or Users without SAML.

A frequent support request we see is users experiencing expiring passwords when they were expecting to be SAML authentication. Occasionally, users are invited to join a team with the wrong authentication method (username/password instead of SAML).

This sorting option is an easy way to figure out if that has occurred to better explain in your Support Service Requests the issue that needs to be resolved.
