ScienceCloud Users Admin: Helpful Tips

When administering users in ScienceCloud Users Admin as a Team Administrator, keep in mind the following:
1. Users who have an email address and username already associated to the account, should not be deleted if they require a reset (due to being locked out or forgotten credentials) or if they have not yet registered. Please submit a service request via the 3DSupport App for a Support Engineer to assist you.

2. If a Team Administrator has sent an invitation to a user to join the team and it has expired, any Team Administrator is able to delete that expired invitation and send a new one to the invited user.

3. If you are using an application such as CISPro, please note that any user changes should be made within ScienceCloud Users Admin. Changes made directly in CISPro Admin will break the Single Sign On (SSO) between ScienceCloud and CISPro, causing the user to not be able to authenticate to CISPro.
