With the addition of User Groups, Team Admins are able to assign several projects to a group of users with different permissions for each project. Below is the list of permissions and a description of the permission that can be set for a project. 

Member With Countersign
-- Can view data, edit data, add experiments, and sign off on experiments.

Member Without Countersign
-- Can view data, edit data, add experiments, but cannot sign off on experiments.

Read Only
-- Can view submitted experiments within a project, but cannot add or sign off on experiments.

Guest
-- Can add experiments to a project, can only view their own experiments, cannot be a collaborator or co-signer.
