When setting up an Equipment mount with a path that exists on another network this error can occur. This means an Equipment cannot reach its main file due to access permissions. The first thing to check is to see if the main data file is accessible on the server the Gateway was deployed to.
If the network cannot be reached from the Gateway server then it is likely an issue with firewall permissions. Make sure the firewalls are open between the Gateway server and the file server.
If the network can be reached, but the file can't be reached then it is likely an issue with the share permissions. Double check the the folder containing the file has been shared and the correct share name is being used.
Last item to check is to make sure the Mount has the correct Principal User and Password set up in Hub.
