This post will go over the steps required to add a Hub Equipment to the Integration Gateway. The first step is to chose a piece of Equipment. Then Edit the options for the Client Gateway and set it to the desired Gateway. In the below screenshot I have set this Air Analyzer to Bend Gateway I had created.
From here, go to the Integration Gateway Admin Portal and open the Gateway chosen. In this case it would be Bend.
Usually, this will open to a list of equipment added to this Gateway. To complete the set up the admin must click the pencil icon, and specify a path to the main data file. Here are two main options for the "File Directory Mount". For right now let's focus on just the local directory option. This option is primarily for files located on the machine the Client Gateway was deployed to. The next option that must be specified is the "Main Data File Path" which is the path to the Equipment file. In the example below I put the file path to a .csv file to be read by my air analyzer. Its important to note the path must contain one wildcard.
This successfully found my .csv file, and can tell because at the bottom the scan found one file (I only have one file in this folder). Follow these examples and attempt to successfully add an equipment to a Gateway.
It is possible to expand the Data File Path to other networks but that will be addressed in another post.
