Additionally, 'Get Data' is not populating the columns.

In this instance, the end user was trying to use Insight for Excel 2023 SP1 with Pipeline Pilot 2023 Golden, which is not supported. 

BIOVIA Insight for Excel installations must follow the BIOVIA System Requirements, which state the following for the 2023 SP1 Client:

"The Insight for Excel 2023 SP1 client is supported for use with Insight for Excel 2023 SP1 on Pipeline Pilot 2023 SP1 with and without a Foundation Hub 2023 SP1."

This issue was resolved by uninstalling the Insight for Excel 2023 SP1 client and installing Insight for Excel 2023 Golden.
