Insight users will often run queries with a desired criteria and obtain a list of query hits from a data source. After this step, if they select all the query hits and then try to save them to a list using the Save List option, it will work OK. However, if they select only some records (partial) from the query hit and attempt to save them as a list, it will fail with an error "No list id returned from save".

This is a known issue and our product team is currently looking into it. The fix for this issue is expected to be available in a future release of Insight.
