[IMPORTANT] Starting July 23, the 3DSupport App will be the only tool to use to submit and manage Service Requests for customers and partners

Starting July 23, 2022 our 3DSupport App will be the only tool customers and partners will be able to use to submit and manage Service Requests and CRITSITs. 

DSx.Client Care will no longer support these services after July 23, 2022. 

This change allows 3DS to focus our efforts on enriching the 3DSupport App features to improve your experience for the future.  

Starting July 23, 2022, customers and partners will be redirected as follows:

  • To the 3DSupport APP Landing Page from DSx.Client Care through the following DSx.Client Care menu options:
    • Main Menu> New Service Request
    • Main Menu> Search Service Request
    • Main Menu> Search CRITSITs
    • Clickable number of SRs and CRITSITs in the dashboard (standard and private queries)
  • Permanently display a message within the DSx.Client Care home page to redirect customers and partners to the 3DSupport APP landing page for SR and CRIT management.
  • All embedded email notifications URLS will redirect customers and partners to the 3DSupport APP

NOTE: What remains unchanged?

  • Customers and partners will need to use DSxCC for handling contacts and support roles.
