Foundation: Creating too many objects

It is possible to create or upload too many objects into a Hub environment. For examples a user accidentally uploads 12,000 samples. this will cause the application to gradually slow down as is creates these samples and adds them to the Hub database.

The best way to handle these types of situations is to stop the Hub services when this is discovered. This causes all Hub processes to stop and therefore stops the creation of additional objects.

Once the services are restarted it will be best to remove any of the unwanted objects as it may still cause further performance issues.
