BIOVIA LES does not support the use of special characters in the Oracle DBA’spassword except for the following:
\\\$ dollar sign
# pound sign
_ underscore

IMPORTANT! Although these three special characters are supported, they cannot be the first or last character of a password (including the DBA system account and Oracle schema passwords).
