The latest version of LES and LIMS is 2020 SP1. According to 2020 SP1 System requirements document supported Oracle  versions are 12.2, 19c, and 19c Patch 7. These are the only Oracle versions that are supported. No other Oracle versions are supported other than  what is listed in the System requirements document.
