BIOVIA Workbook 2021 SP1 HF1 Product Release Document (PRD) lists NBK-33413: 'Vault 2021 SP1 installer fails immediately when IIS website contains several customizations' as a critical bug under known issues. But, it is closed in Jira as fixed in BIOVIA Workbook 2021 SP1 HF1 release.

As per BIOVIA Workbook R & D, this is an error in the PRD creation macro. This issue has been resolved in BIOVIA Workbook 2021 SP1 HF1 release.
