BIOVIA ScienceCloud: Removing Users from your Team

Hello,

We often have questions from Team Permissions Administrator regarding disabling/removing users that leave the company from the user list in ScienceCloud. 

Team Permissions Administrators have the ability to remove users from the team in ScienceCloud Users Admin. They will find an "x" button on the rightmost column of the User Admin page. 

Removing a user will result in the user account being removed from the team and disabled in Active Directory (AD). Any data associated with that account in the application will remain available for other users to access. No data will be deleted as a result of removing the user from the team. 

ScienceCloud Support has the ability to add the user back to the team in case of error or returning user. Please submit a service request (SR) via the 3DSupport App if a user needs to be added back to the team.
