Issue:

After install of LIMS 2020 SP1 getting "Opps! Unable to perform requested transaction..." and "HTTP Error 404.0"

Solution:

Check the following on LIMS server, especially SAP Crystal Reports runtime.

-In Add/Remove programs, Make sure you have installed supported SAP Crystal Reports runtime versions and it is 32-bit. The following note is from LIMS 2020 SP1 system requirements documentation:

 SAP® Crystal Reports Runtime1
•13.0.25 Support Pack 25
•13.0.23 Support Pack 23
IMPORTANT! You must install the 32-bit version even though you are using 64-bit servers.

-In Inetmgr mouse click on Default Web Site  then mouse click on Stop on the right hand side

-In windows services restart World Wide Web publishing service

-In  Inetmgr mouse click on ePMC Web Core then mouse click on Start on the right hand side.
