This script provides a convenient way to see all the sulfur-sulfur bond lengths in a list and in the Graphics view.

PURPOSE: The following script works on an open Molecule Window containing a protein molecule. It reports the disulfide bond lengths in the Output.

INSTALLATION: Save ReportDisulfindBondLengths.pl to a local directory or location accessible from the Files Explorer.

USAGE: From the DS Client: From the Files Explorer, right-click on the ReportDisulfindBondLengths.pl file and select Open With | Script Window then launch the script using the Run command from the Scripting toolbar.

The bond lengths are reported in the Output of the Script Window and as labels on the Sulfur-Sulfur bonds in the Graphics view of the molecule window.
