BIOVIA‘s HELM Editor - Pipette BioSketcher
Started as pure Javascript based editor for small molecules and reactions, Pipette Sketcher was extended to a HELM editor for biological sequences.
Analogous to other HELM editors Pipette BioSketcher supports RNA, Peptide and Chem entities. Users can draw via both the HELM or/and SCSR layouts.

Pipette BioSketcher operates on the same library of HELM monomers like Pipeline Pilot which is located in the global HELM folder on the Pipeline Pilot server.
