It is sometimes useful to color proteins in a Molecule Window by the color of their linked sequences (in a Sequence Window). If you have one or more proteins with linked sequences where the coloring scheme used in the Sequence Window is one that you would like reflected in the Protein display or Atom display, go to the Sequence Window and right click over the main area and choose 'Display Style'. The Sequence Window provides various coloring schemes for individual sequences as well as sequence alignments. In the 'Display Style' dialog go to the Color Scheme tab of the dialog and add a check to the 'Color molecule objects' box under 'Color molecule to match sequence'. You can then choose to color the Protein display or the Atom display.
