Version 1.6.02 is available for download here
The upgrade for 3DEXPERIENCE platform on Cloud to the 3DEXPERIENCE R2024x FD01 level is now complete. A new version of 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud Eligibility Tool is also released to take into account the changes pertaining to this level.
This new and updated version of the tool includes a couple of enhancements and bug fixes. A brief summary of all the changes done during this upgrade is highlighted below:
Changes in Hardware and Software Configurations:
Graphic Cards:
Graphics Card driver versions has been updated for Certified Workstations and VDI, as per below:
For all certified Workstations supported with driver 537.13 driver, driver 537.70 is considered as a compatible driver and for all certified Configurations for VDI supported with driver VGPU 16.1 (537.13 driver) driver 16.2 (537.70) is considered as a compatible driver. Please refer Support News, for more details.
List of all those certified workstations are available on Certified Workstations Webpage and list of all certified VDI are available on Certified Configurations for VDI Webpage.
Certified Workstations:
There are some new workstations, which has been certified for supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on Cloud. These workstations are updated into the Certified Workstations List. An easy access to the same has been provided in the Cloud Eligibility Tool itself by hyperlinking it in the Expected Prerequisites column for the Hardware and Software Configurations check.
For all the above changes done into HW & SW configuration, Cloud Eligibility Checker tool does take them into account, as you can see below:

Enrichments in HW/SW combination check:
There has been few UI changes in Hardware and Software Configuration check based on the user’s feedback, for better understanding and analysis of the final result.
- HW/SW Combination Check: Now the combination check delivers more specific information about Hardware and Software Configuration check compared to previous one which used to display more generic information. With the new enhancement, user will now able to classify the exact HW/SW component that is causing the HW/SW combination check KO. For e.g.
Image 2
As shown in image 2, the HW/SW combination check is KO due to the Operating System. The Windows 11 64-bit 22H2 is a certified Operating System as per the 3DEXPERIENCE Support Policy on Windows 11, but please note that this Operating System is not certified particularly for this manufacturer and model i.e. Dell Precision 5820 Tower (please refer to the certified workstation list), and accordingly “Warning” is shown in the status column. The (i) (information) symbol on top of the Warning symbol, provides comprehensive information regarding the same as shown in image 3.

Note: To see this information user needs to hover the mouse over the (i) symbol.
2. The new enhancement will also identify the exact HW/SW component which needs to be upgraded or replaced. For e.g. Please refer the image 4

When tool identifies the exact HW/SW component to be upgraded, in that case explicitly “What to Do?” message is displayed for user action.
When the HW/SW component to be replaced or upgraded, depends upon the user decision, in that case tool shows the KO result with information (i) symbol. For e.g. please refer the image 5
