The upgrade for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the Cloud to the 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x FD01 level is now completed.
In line with this upgrade, a new version of the 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud Eligibility Tool is also released to take into account the changes pertaining to this level.
This new and updated version of the tool includes a couple of improvements as well as a few changes. A brief summary of all the important changes done during this upgrade is highlighted below:
Changes in Hardware and Software Configurations:
New Certified Workstations:
In recent times, multiple workstations has been certified by the Dassault Systèmes for supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on the Cloud. All of these workstations are updated into Certified Workstations List for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on the Cloud and Cloud Eligibility Checker tool does take this changes into account in Hardware and Software Configurations check as per below:
Operating System:
Consequently to Microsoft announcement, Dassault Systemes will stop providing Support Services on Windows 10 after October 14, 2025. For more details please refer notice related to support of our software products on Windows 10.
Windows 11 supported levels has been evolved for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on the Cloud as per below:
- Windows 11 Enterprise: Supported versions are 22H2 and 23H2.
- Windows 11 Pro: Supported versions is 23H2.
- Windows 11 Pro for Workstations: Supported versions is 23H2.
Similarly, Windows 10 supported levels for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on the Cloud as per below:
- Windows 10 Enterprise: Supported versions are 21H2 and 22H2.
- Windows 10 Pro: Supported versions is 22H2.
- Windows 10 Pro for Workstations: Supported versions is 22H2.

Cloud Eligibility Checker does take this changes into account in Hardware and Software Configurations check as per below:
Graphic Card Driver Version:
- For all certified Workstations supported with driver 538.78, driver 539.19 is considered as a compatible driver.
- For all certified Workstations supported with driver 553.24, driver 553.62 is considered as compatible driver.

Changes in 3DEXPERIENCE Open Software Check and Java Version Check:
Considering the dependency of xCAD Connector on java version, the 3DEXPERIENCE Open Software Check has been evolved with xCAD Connector installations and java version check. This will be computed in Cloud Ready Computing, i.e. Global Status of Final HTML report.
If Java is required for installed xCAD Connectors, as per the Program Directory specifications then a separate note will specify those details and the java version check will be displayed below the xCAD Connector check:
If none of the installed xCAD Connectors requires java then note will specify that detail and java version check will be displayed only for information:
Moreover, the usual changes related to the Upgrade have also been done in the tool. To name a few, the support for browser versions is streamlined as per the current stable release, the list of supported levels for 3DEXPERIENCE Open Software has been accordingly revised as per the newly introduced levels and so on… for better understandings of the check.
