EUROPE (UTC +1):
Local time: 3 AM to 6 PM on February 29th

HONG-KONG (UTC +8):
Local time: 10 AM on Saturday ,February 29th to 1 AM on Sunday, March 1st

TOKYO (UTC +9):
Local time: 11 AM on Saturday, February 29th to 2 AM on Sunday, March 1st

US-EAST (UTC -5):
Local time: 9 PM on Friday, February 28th to 12 PM on Saturday, February 29th

US-WEST (UTC -8):
Local time: 6 PM on Friday, February 28th to 9 AM on Saturday, February 29th
