[Customers Platform] Announce 3DEXPERIENCE platform update on [March 10th & 11th,2018]

Dear 3DEXPERIENCE platform users,

Please be aware that we will be upgrading the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to R2018x FD01 on March 10th & 11th,2018.

Make sure you have saved your documents on the cloud before the beginning of the operation.

Post Update Actions

If you're using rich apps**, this update will require installing a new version. The operation will need to be executed with Windows administrator privileges.

Please note that for this update you will have up to 2 weeks, from March 12th (upon completion of the update) to March 26th to perform the installation at your convenience. 

After that, the previous versions of the rich apps will not run and the installation of the new version will become mandatory to allow you to continue to use your native apps. This way, you may select the most accurate timeframe during the 2 weeks to perform this installation out of your current workload.
