Post Update Actions

Discover our new features by updating your Rich Apps**

You have up to 2 weeks (until November 21st) to perform the update. Starting on November 22nd, the update will become mandatory at Rich Apps launch

Note: The update of Open Apps, 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Native Apps, and 3DEXPERIENCE DraftSight Native Apps is mandatory at first launch starting on Nov 7th

**Rich Apps and Open Apps (also known as 3DEXPERIENCE Connector apps) require an installation on your device. Click on the app context menu to display the currently installed version. An orange download icon indicates that an update is available to install within the two-week period. A red download icon indicates that an update is required. A green download icon indicates that a supplemental update is available to install at any time. See the Installing Native Apps Using the Compass on the Cloud page of the User Assistance for more information.


As per current ongoing situation due to COVID-19, many of you may be working from home. We encourage you to refer to the best practices mentioned below for better Native Apps installation experience as far as possible.
