I am running into an issue where I want to rename a folder that holds a solidworks drawing and a solidworks part but when I do the drawing views break.

When I rename the folder, the drawings views break and become phantom boxes, however I can still right click the phantom box and it opens the part without issue in the correct folder.

When I open the drawing and do file>find references the drawing and part both have the correct "In Folder" location of the renamed folder location.

When I Pack and Go the drawing+part into a new folder location, the drawing works properly with no broken references.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I would like to protect my files in the event a folder is renamed by someone else in my organization.
