Being able to 'fork' (it's called transfer to idea in here) a question/comment/reply into an idea/a wiki/survey/wedo would be a nice thing to do.
Enhancement 

Examples:
You ask a question - it cannot be answered - make it an idea/a wedo/survey.
You make a survey, that you want to transfer into an idea.
There is a comment, that adds depth to your question and leads to another (better) question or a survey/leads to an idea.
There is an answer for a common question that you can put into a wiki.

And now the best part:
You ask a question, it is a bug - and you can just click to make it into an SPR. That would be great.
