Finer Control of Email Notifications

Currently, content that is "Commented, Answered or Liked" all get the same email notification setting applied to them. While I am interested in getting an email notification if someone comments / answers a post in my inbox so that I can address it, I have no use for an email notification every time someone "likes" something - this can wait until I'm on the platform and reviewing my notifications here.

Please can notifications for "likes" be separated out so that I don't have to get an email notification for them, while still getting notified about comments? This would match the functionality of the Jive platform.

Alternatively, can the emails be formatted sufficiently differently that I can set up a rule in Outlook to discard emails about "likes" only?
