A notification is created each time a comment is made / something is liked on a topic you are following. If you go and visit the topic off of the back of one Notification, you still have all the other Notifications sat in your in tray that all need individually addressing. I've already visited all of these threads in attached picture so no longer need telling about new content in them.
Please can we have the option to have notifications cleared for all activity in a thread once you have visited it?
