ADAFS: Active Differential Air Flow Splitter to quadruple number of patients supported by a Single Ventilator

I would like to share my idea (attached) to treat multiple patients with diverse lung physiology simultaneously with a single ventilator for the existing (and to be produced) ventilators in order to cope up with disaster surge arising form COVID19. It is a low cost, high volume and fast turn-around approach to maximize the efficiency of current infrastructure. I call this device as ADAFS: Active Differential Air Flow Splitter, which can simultaneously deliver non-uniform air flow to multiple patients (4 at least) connected to a single ventilator. This device also addresses issues related to potential infections that could result from cross flow. Please reach me if you would like to refine, prototype, test, certify and hopefully mass produce .I believe we can turn it around in three to four weeks with the help of Industry & Government. I am neither clinical expert nor someone with a medical background. I am just a passionate Engineer who really wants to help save lives, and do something about this situation, rather than just sit at home resuming daily activities. You can find the detailed white paper attached. below.
