I love 3D printing but to reach the volumes required, it is just too slow. Especially the ones most people have access to at home. But if any of you have access to laser cutters, here are two designs which are much faster.

- The MDF design allows 40 to be cut every 2 hrs,
- The foam one takes 30secs of machine time. Huge credit to Olaf Diegel for both of these.
