Running Win 10 with Draftsight 2018 SP2 (64 bit)

When I try to run Draftsight it gives me a crash report saying Windows see an ACCESS VIOLATION. Windows 32 bit will allow you to "list" some programs to avoid this error message, however 64 bit machines won't allow that. What is the FIX or Work-Around for this problem?
