I bought DraftSight Pro 2018 on Nov. 27, 2018. I paid a one time fee of \\\$249. The invoice says that I can use the software perpetually and that I am entitled to free upgrades for 1 year. If I download and install DraftSight Pro 2019 will I be switched to the annual fee billing?
