Has anyone else experienced unusual processes utilizing high percentage of CPU after installing 2019? I had installed 2019 on Tuesday March 19th, I started to have issues with a Process called COM Surrogate using 20% of my CPU and it affected the ability for Windows Explorer to display Icons correctly, I uninstalled 2019 sp0 and rebooted it cleared up. I then reinstalled had no issues fora 1 day. Today Windows Explorer pegged the CPU with 80-95% utilization, I again uninstalled and rebooted, the issue went away. Is anyone else seeing this happen with 2019 SP0?
