I recently was asked to re-activate my Draftsight 2017 (Free version) and when I tried it froze my PC for up to 10 minutes and I received the e-mails and clicked the link, thus receiving a second e-mail. Still it asked me to activate again. I downloaded the hotfix, It stated that were no relevant components on my PC. So I deleted 2017 and downloaded 2018 with the intention of restarting. But it's the same thing. Trying to activate freezes my PC for 10 minutes, and now I am not even getting the e-mails. No matter what e-mail I try to activate I don't get anywhere and each time it freezes my PC for 10 minutes or more.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea how I could fix this issue?
